Before founding Atrium Learning, Lin spent eight years inside an ASX-listed property company building safety and risk training from the ground up.
With a background in psychology and over fifteen years of learning design experience across aviation, healthcare, and property - she saw clearly what was missing. And what was possible.
The teams and frontline staff she worked alongside changed how she thinks about this work. It shaped not just how Atrium designs training - but why.
The disability space is personal.
Lin's mum lives with a spinal cord injury. For years Lin has been alongside her - as her advocate, her support, and her carer.
She knows firsthand what it means to rely on support workers who are genuinely prepared for the work they do.
